I love NY’s Tiffany Pollard is obviously no fashionista, or style maven..but if there is any “celebrity” that needs a major makeover is her.

What’s the most amazing to me is that she really think’s she’s a star, and doesn’t realize that the world is laughing at her, not with her. Is it just me, or is the Marylin Monroe thing hysterical?
